Our Vision

We desire to glorify god by being an authentic expression of the kingdom of jesus in the 21st century

Our Core Values - What guides us

The Bible - The Bible is our ultimate source of authority. Our vision and core values come from the Bible. The Bible is sufficient and inerrant in its direction of the church. We are Bible-reading Christians. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

Worship - Worship of the one true creator God; revealed in the Bible and in Jesus Christ. The purpose of our life is to worship God. (Matthew 22:37-38; 1 Peter 2:9)

Discipleship - Discipleship is the process of one's conversion and life-long pursuit of Christ-likeness (growing in faith, hope, and love). Discipleship is about finding your identity solely in Jesus Christ. (Matthew 28:19-20; Phil 2:6-11)

Mission - Disciples disciple. Every Christ-follower is called into ministry. At home, work, and at school disciples influence others for Christ. Ministry happens informally in our daily lives and formally through community service, mission trips and church planting. (Matthew 28:19-20; 1 Peter 2:9; 1 Cor 12:7)

Community - All of this must take place in the context of community. We need the church (not a private faith) and we are an integral part of the church (we have gifts to serve the church). (1 Corinthians 12:7; Ephesians 4)
